Can i be sued for going into someone's email account that they left open on my computer nd stored their login?

She went on her email on my computer and my computer stored the log in info. I saw she wrote an email about me and another girl so copied and pasted it and she found out? What kind of legal trouble can I get into if she accessed her account on my computer?

Accessing another person's email account without their consent may be regarded as an invasion of privacy, and possibly hacking. It all depends on how far the suer wants to take it. However, I'm no expert on legal advice so just be wary and cautious.
