If your e-mail got hacked and deleted, MySpace cannot be blamed for that as it is a poor standard of security either on your part (for revealing your e-mail password) or on the part of your e-mail provider. I don't see how this affects your ability to log into MySpace as your MySpace log in details are safely stored on the MySpace database and provided the two parts of the login agree with what is on the MySpace database, you will be allowed to log on normally (and change your e-mail/password if you wish).
I apologize if I am wrong in this case, but I am beginning to wonder if some people on Yahoo! Answers falsely claim to have been hacked and unable to access their MySpace simply to get information about any "back door" that might be available to access a MySpace.
I say this because these questions pertaining to phished MySpace or missing log in details are coming up so often with the askers seeing information about "hacking into their own MySpace".
I am now very sceptical about any question seeking info about getting into a MySpace other than by normal means
