Yes, if you are talking about yahoo, msn, you go to "forgot password" icon and its goint to ask you for a secret question or something like that and then you get to reset your password.

You can change your email login password with help of mail service provider's settings/options menu. It will depend on which email service you're using(i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc.). You just reach to change password option then you can change your password.
It is strongly advice that you need to change email login password periodically.

if you have gmail, hotmail, yahoo, something like that, just try loggin in with the wrong password then it'll show you a reset password link
For something like your company domain you'll have to ask the administrators
