Usually this is caused when your browser is not accepting cookies. Try this: Check your firewall settings and make sure cookie control is set to accept cookies..... Or on your web page go to the tools/Internet Options/click on the Privacy tab and adjust privacy controls to medium close out and re-open explorer.
