Well if you are sitting at the computer then entering ipconfig /all at the command prompt will tell you what you want to know. The link below will tell you your public IP address if you are using some sort of address translation.
If I log into my yahoo email from another computer is it possible to locate the IP where the login occured?
Send yourself a message from the "other" computer, then from either computer, view Full Headers (under mail options) and you can view the IP address.
