On certain websites - like radio websites etc - when it says to click here to email - my passport login comes
You have Hotmail (or MSN) set as your default e-mail provider on your computer.
Either change your default to the e-mail provider that you actually use or contact Microsoft / Hotmail and see if they can help you recover your password.
