Why can't I login to my email! Password is not working!?

I can not login to my yahoo mail. I have called Yahoo 4!!! times. They said to send an email from another account describing the problem. It's been almost 2 months and I have NOT heard from Yahoo. I constantly call and they tell me the same thing. They can't verify my info. Hello, I know what I put when I signed up. I have had the account for 10 years!!!How can you get a hold of someone who cares about my FREE account! I can not delete. I have pictures stored in folders in there and Yahoo didn't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me NO! They said they have the same authority as them and to email account security then HUNG UP ON ME!

Why can't I login to my email! Password is not working!?
No doubt this can come as a shock when it happens without your first being given a warning and a chance to correct the situation before having this happen, but if you would adjust your profile settings to allow getting Instant Messages, there is at least a slight possibility that a solution may be found to your problem.

Reply:That is really weird. Awful they don't try to help but yes, I would put in my user id then go to the forgot my password link. It should have questions there that you set up and you answer the questions and they reset your password (you will need another account the can email it to then when you get in, you reset your password to what you want. I would go in and create a second yahoo account so that they can email you password there. I wouldn't try calling again, seems pointless but this is the best bet.
Reply:Did you try using the "forgot your password" link underneath the login. Usually it asks you your security question and then lets you get a new password.
