Had to abort the new yahoo toolbar download because everything jammed up.
Since then I'm unable to access my email account. The reason given is incorrect id/password. But these are the same I've been using for years.
How can I access the account again?
Tried to download the new y! toolbar. Now cannot login to my email accnt. Reason "invalid id/passwd". Help!?
Make sure that you totally uninstalled the toolbar
completely,also from add/ delete progams.
Reply:try to retrieve your password via link forgotten password (change it) if nothing helps email yahoo
