This question appear to me, I am logged in under the US site, but with a UK (.co.uk) extension, and I have the option to view all English speaking questions.
As the leaderboards are now localised, there are different leaderboards for the different locations. In the US version of the Dining Out %26gt; Philipines Top 10, the guy at the top has 18 best answers.
I am 2nd on the Yahoo! Products leaderboard in the UK and it is much easier to get on it there than in the US!
I hope you find a category that you can enjoy answering questions in. The only problem with the categories where you only need 3 or 4 best answers is that there are so few question that you will be waiting a while!
