I can not login to my old yahoo email, why not?

I have another old email address that I have used for years and all of the sudden, I can no longer log into it. I do not know what to do, I need to get into that account. Help me please!

I can not login to my old yahoo email, why not?
For days quite a few users are experiencing the same problem, Yahoo seems to be doing some maintenance on their mail servers.

A possible intermediate solution: log in, when it says "URL can't be found" go back to yahoo without logging out. Then click the mail button on top right. Any new messages should drop down. Right click on a message and select "open in new window".

In case this doesn't work either:

Easy Access:

In case your problem isn't resolved right away go to the link below. It is a site which lets you work with some basic mail functions.

Go to: http://services.mail2web.com/FreeService... - this is a free, secure and anonymous web based service which lets you retrieve your mail from almost any POP3 or IMAP4 email server, no registration is required.

You could also send a mail to e-mail support: mail@cc.yahoo-inc.com.

Or call Yahoo! Customer Service: 1-408-349-1572
Reply:When was the last time you used the account.

If a yahoo account is unused for 4 months yahoo will deactivate it. see link.

Reply:If you have a free account and you don't log in for some time (90 days?) the account gets terminated. You lose anything you had in it, such as saved mail.
Reply:Thanks Echino.....

I was able to access my email account through the links you provided. Hopefully they will get this all fixed.
