Email Login Help?

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I forgot my password to one of my Yahoo email addresses and when I signed up for this account I made up the birthday, zip code and all that, because I didn't want this email address linked to me in any way (not to do anything bad...just to have a private place I could write my feelings without my b/f being able to get into the account and see what I wrote). I have a lot of personal writings as drafts in this account and I would really like to get back in.

Is there any hope? Does Yahoo have a phone number I could call and they could confirm the IP address to validate this is my account or anything like that?

Thanks!
