I want to go back to the Yahoo. e-mail I was using. Apparently I clicked a wrong button signing in and did not follow thru with the sign up for Yahoo beta mail. How can I get rid of it so I can get back to my old emai.
I can not log into my email. Yahoo Mail beta pops up and login error. How can I get rid of beta?
I had this problem and I solved it by doing the following: while the error window was on, I clicked the "Tools" button on Windows top menu bar, then selected "Internet Options", then clicked "Delete cookies" and "Delete Files" in the drop down menu, and instantly the Yahoo Beta opened and I selected "Switch back" in the list which appeared below the cartoon character. It worked!!!
Reply:if u have difficulty with ur password so try to open ur messanger and find if u still have ur password.....and through ur mess. u can open ur e-mail..........About yahoo mail beta ithink when u open the main page it will give u an option to return back to ur original yahoo mail........good luck
Reply:When you sign in...., IF you get the picture of the goofy guy bouncing on a ball, click below that where it says "trouble logging in" then more options come up below and you can choose "check mail in old version". Then try beta again in a few days after the bugs are workied out. If you don't see the guy bouncing on the ball, I'm afraid I have no suggestion. I had to wait several days to access my mailbox. Good luck!
