UPDATE:
Last week, there were some intermittent login issues that affected many of the Yahoo! Messenger users (and some Yahoo! Mail users). While it wasn鈥檛 an issue to login to Yahoo! Answers, as you can see that those affected by the login issue were able to come on here and ask questions, some Yahoo! sites/products were affected. This intermittent issue occured from June 20th - June 22nd.
Yahoo email login problems...and an official notice/response from Yahoo?

if you can get into that (the mobile site, but usable through a browser), then perhaps it's time to upgrade your browser...perhaps your browser is old and can't render yahoo mail correctly.
if you can't get in there, then you have some problem with your account and you should contact customer care.

the trick is you have to right click the "mail" on the upper left corner of this page and left click new tab or new window. it worked for me
