It is an internet explorer error box that asks me if I want to send the error or not, it only happens in my email page, no where else. Anyone else having this problem???
Every time I login to my email, this error message comes up and I am forced to close it. What is up with this
I have also been seeing a similar problem this morning. I do not have an answer yet, but I have some details and I will share them here in the hopes that we can resolve this problem.
First, I have been using the mail beta for a while with no problems. This morning it upgraded me to what looks like it is the released bersion of the beta and that is when the problem began. It appears that the problem is being caused by the new integration of Chat in the mail interface. I can see the chat loading for an extended period and this is when the crash occurs for me.
I also was able to find that the crash is occuring in the Flash 9 player in the flash9d.ocx. I have tried removing flash player manually and then reinstalling and this does not resolve the problem for me but it might be a solution for others. Since the problem seems to be with a brand new feature, Yahoo may still be working on a resolution.
I hope this may help and I would look forward to anyone elses findings so that we can compare notes on the problem.
Reply:No insights other than affirmation that I am having the exact same problem with Flash that I just started noticing today when IE began crashing every time I launched Yahoo Mail.
Reply:I have had the exact same problem as well. I used the Chat Beta yesterday without any problem but today It started crashing with Flash9b.OCX. SO I completely uninstalled Adobe Flash using their uninstall utility as well as ensuring it was doing it's job. I then installed flash and now have a Flash9d.ocx file that yahoo is crashing on. So I can confirm this to be a problem.
