Myspace login email - PLEASE HELP!?

Okay. So a while ago my myspace got deleted so I got my ex to make a new one for me. He used his email for the login. Now that i don't like him at all, I'm afraid he's going to login to my account all the time. Whenever I try to change my password, its obviously going to be sent to his email, so he will always know my password. And if I try to change my login, the new login confirmation is sent to HIS email. Is there any way to change this without deleting my account?! PLEASE HELP!

MySpace has a "Contact Us" page - go there and ask them to change it. They did it for me within an hour.
Reply:It's quite simple really. Log-in to your myspace on the account that your ex-boyfriend made you. You will be taken to your homepage. Under the Hello!, Whateveryournameis, there is a blue link that leads you to account settings- you can change the contact address to your own email. This might be sent to his email, but then you just change the password with your new email log-in and he won't be able to log in ever again!





Note that it is imperative that you first change the email and THEN the password.

Reply:Click profile so it is like you are changing something on your actual profile (editing it) then in the top right there should be 3 things you can click on and click on the option -account setting- it will be right under view my profile. Then you should be able to see from there where to change the address that it is.
Reply:yes what you have to do is create a new e-mail account one that u have not used before on myspace then go to your myspace page log in as u normally do then go to account settings then change to new e-mail u just created and click save changes then check ur new e-mail account to confirm change
Reply:Well unless you know his e-mail info where you can sign onto his e-mail change your password or e-mail and then delete your info message from his account then it's called: DELETE THAT MYSPACE ACCOUNT AND MAKE ONE WITH YOUR OWN E-MAIL.
Reply:Try changing the email, in account settings, if that don't work, contact tom through myspace and let him know, and if that still don't work, just make a new myspace page... Good Luck
Reply:That sucks. I think you don't have a choice but to delete your page and start over. You can email tech support, but I seriously doubt they will answer.
