For the past week I have not been able to access my email. I complete my login then the page goes blank. ?

I can sign in then it flicks to download but nothing happens. The little circle in the corner shows trhat it is downloading but it just keeps spinning for ages and ages

If you are a Virgin Media customer you might want to try this because it worked for me:


In Internet Explorer


Choose Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Connections


Under Dial-Up and Virtual Private Network Settings, if there is an entry in there select it and choose the Settings button


If not then choose the LAN Settings button instead


Now click to add a tick to the box which says Use a proxy server for this connection OR Use a proxy server for your LAN or something similar.


In the Address: box type - webcache.virginmedia.com


In the Port: box type 8080


Click OK and OK again and restart Internet Explorer

Reply:look literally hundreds of people have been on these pages in the last week about this, Don't think they can all be Virgin customers, I am Virgin but it was slow for a day , but could till access the mail. So am not to sure the problem is restricted to Virgin media users.
Reply:Minnie you are a star - that cured the problem. I was about ready to rip my hair out.
Reply:try setting up a new email address with the same account name!
